    Kyndra Hall

    Chief Executive Officer

    Kyndra graduated from Montana State University – Northern with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Technology with Accounting and Small Business Managements minors in 2000.  She went on to receive her Master’s in Business Administration Accounting from the University of Phoenix in 2007.  She is an Enrolled Agent with the Internal Revenue Service.

    Prior to starting at Bullhook she was an accountant with Anderson ZurMuehlen/Hamilton Consulting Group for the past 15 years.  She is very involved in the community as the board chair of the Boys and Girls Club, North Central Montana Relay for Life and the Hi-Line Chapter of ABATE.  She is also actively involved with the Havre Chamber of Commerce Ambassadors committee. 

      Molly Wendland

      Chief Operations Officer

      Molly Wendland was born and raised on the hi-line and studied at MSU-Billings/MSU-Bozeman.  Molly has worked in the healthcare field for 15+ years in many different capacities including Hospice, Home visiting, HR, Marketing, and Quality Improvement.

      Her affinity for helping people lead her to working with Community Health Centers.   Molly has also worked with a number of community-based organizations connecting resources, leading health initiatives and advocating for change.  Most recently, Molly has been supporting Bighorn Valley Health Center in implementing team-based, whole-person care. 

      Molly feeds her creativity through her small business “Frances and Esther” creating unique, hand-made goods.

      With a resourceful mindset, Molly is inventive, persistent and driven to find a way to make things possible.

        Megan A. Evans, M.D.

        QI Physician/Chief Medical Officer

        Megan Evans, MD graduated with a B.S. in biochemistry with the highest honors from Montana State University –Bozeman. She earned her M.D. from the University of Colorado, Denver School of Medicine and completed her training as Chief Resident at Montana Family Medicine. Dr. Evans is committed to rural and underserved health care.

            Patti Alderson, FNP

            Family Nurse Practitioner / Chief Medical Officer

            Patti Alderson was born and raised in Connecticut, longing for adventure she enlisted in the US Air Force after graduating high school.  After completing her training in electronics, she served as Secure Communication Expert at the Pentagon in Washington D.C.  It was a wonderful experience that afforded her the opportunity to travel all over the world. 

              Patti moved to Montana in 2001 after having a short stint with the Railroad she decided to go back to school to get her Bachelor of Science in Nursing.  After graduating she went to work at NMH for 41/2 years.  Patti has always had a thirst for knowledge which took her back to school to get her Masters and become a Family Nurse Practitioner.  She moved to the little community of Culbertson and worked as a FNP for a year before moving back to Havre to join us at Bullhook.  Patti is also studying for her Doctorate in Nursing while working full time.

            However, Patty is not all work, she loves spending time with her grandchildren attending all their activities.  She also enjoys camping and loves to travel.

                Conrad J Kusel

                Chief Dental Officer

                Conrad J. Kusel, Jr., DDS (Dr. Jim) is a native to Florida.  He was born and grew up in Miami, Florida.  He went to Wake Forest University in Winston-Salem, NC where he earned his BA in Chemistry. Then He went Dental School at Northwestern University in Chicago, IL where he earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree.  After passing his Florida dental boards he joined his Father in Port St Lucie.  Dr. Jim’s brother joined the practice soon after. 

                Dr. Jim has been Rotarian for 32 years and is active in the Boy Scouts of America.  Other activities Dr. Jim is active in are deep sea fishing, SCUBA diving, and growing orchids.  While in Montana. Jim is looking forward to hunting, ice and fly fishing, visiting and hiking in Montana’s beautiful parks.
