BCHC Financial Resources Hours: 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.
We accept most major insurances, Medicaid, CHIP, as well as personal payment.

Sliding Fee Discount Program
Regardless of whether or not you have insurance, BCHC may be able to help reduce your costs through our Sliding Fee Discount Program. Eligibility is based on household size and income. All patients are encouraged to complete an application.
